The day started with the usual farm routine: distributing hay and cleaning the stables 🌾. Everything slowly returned to normal after the busy days before.
Some of the people who had been working at a festival came back to the farm today. They had spent the weekend handing out toast and drinks for donations 🍞🥂, so there were lots of stories to share.
In the evening Daisy finally returned as well, and I was allowed to take her into my room for the night 🐶. It felt really nice to have her around again after the last few days.

Today was more of a cleaning day. I started with laundry and then cleaned my room properly 🧺.
I vacuumed, wiped the floor, and even organized some of the kitchen cupboards 🧹. It was a lot of work, but afterwards everything felt much more comfortable.
Between the chores I allowed myself small breaks to relax and drink a coffee ☕. By the evening the room looked completely different, and it felt good to have everything tidy again.

Today I had a day off and decided to visit an old prison museum 🏰. I had been curious about it for a while.
The tour itself was interesting, but unfortunately quite short. Because my English still wasn’t perfect and I didn’t know much about Irish history, I probably missed some details 📚.

Back to work on the farm. The day started with the usual tasks: hay, stables, and checking on the animals 🌾.
At one point I accidentally trapped my little finger in a door 🤕. It hurt quite a bit, but luckily it wasn’t anything serious.
Later I had the chance to pet Betty’s foal 🐴💖. It was incredibly soft and curious, and moments like that always make the hard work worthwhile.

Early in the morning I heard strange noises outside my hut 👂. When I went to check, I discovered the reason immediately.
One of the pigs had apparently used the wall of my hut as a scratching post 🐖. The door and the wall were completely dirty.
Unfortunately I had to start work and couldn’t clean it right away. Still, the situation was kind of funny — pigs clearly don’t care about keeping things clean 😅.

After finishing the daily farm work I grabbed my camera and spent some time with Oliver, a new puppy on the farm 📸🐶.
We played together while I tried to capture some good photos of him. Puppies make photography both easier and harder at the same time because they never stop moving.
In the evening I noticed a small mouse running through the house 🐭. It was incredibly fast, so catching it would have been impossible.

Today a new delivery of hay arrived at the farm 🌾. Unfortunately it rained almost the entire day.
Working outside in the rain is never pleasant, but the animals still need to be cared for no matter the weather 🌧️.
By the evening everyone was tired and soaked, but we had managed to finish the work anyway. Days like this really show how demanding farm life can be 💪.
